Biography

As the Chief Operations Officer (COO) at SOFY Global, I am driven by a mission to create pathways to success for youth and women by enhancing access to education, digital skills training, and professional development. I believe that education holds the key to breaking the cycle of poverty and unlocking opportunities that can change lives and uplift entire communities.

At SOFY Global, we aim to connect youth with education opportunities, mentorship programs, and professional development opportunities to help them thrive in a rapidly changing world. My role involves managing the organization’s core operations, implementing key projects, and fostering partnerships with educational institutions, NGOs, and community leaders.

Before joining SOFY Global, I gained valuable experience working as a Marketing and Sales Trade Agent at Castel Malawi, where I strengthened trade networks and promoted sustainable recycling practices. I also served as an Advocacy and Communication Officer at the Ce_Right Project, where I worked on promoting gender equality and inclusive education for girls.

During my time as Vice President of the Communication Students Society at the University of Malawi, I led strategic planning and fundraising activities to support student programs. Additionally, I worked as an ESL Instructor, helping non-native speakers improve their English language skills.

I remain deeply committed to education diplomacy and grassroots advocacy, with a focus on creating sustainable, inclusive solutions that empower youth and women to thrive globally.
